Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program
Is a structured individual and group addiction activity and service program designed to assist adult and adolescent consumers to begin recovery and learn skills for recovery maintenance. Offered at least 3 hours a day, at least 3 days a week, with no more than 2 consecutive days between offered services (ASAM Level II.1)
Intensive In-Home
Is a time-limited intensive family preservation intervention intended to diffuse the current crisis, evaluate its nature, and intervene to reduce the likelihood of a recurrence. Ultimately to stabilize the living arrangement, promote reunification or prevent the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic resources (i.e., psychiatric hospital, therapeutic foster care, and residential treatment facility.
Community Support Team
CST offers individualized support to help clients manage daily living tasks, access community resources, and maintain stability. Services include skill development, resource coordination, and assistance in achieving personal goals.
Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment
Is a service emphasizing reduction in use and abuse of substance and/or continued abstinence, the negative consequences of substance abuse, development of social support network and necessary lifestyle changes, educational skills, vocational skills leading to work, improved family functioning and the continued commitment to recovery to maintain residence in their community and to be a part of the family's life.
Outpatient Therapy
Experience flexible, compassionate care with our outpatient therapy services at Day By Day Family Services LLC. Designed to fit your lifestyle, our individualized therapy sessions help you manage mental health challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. Access expert support through individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
Diagnostic Assessment
Is a clinical face-to-face evaluation of an individual's mental health, developmental disability, behavioral, or substance abuse condition led by our licensed therapist. The diagnostic assessment report helps to identify if an individual meets criteria for enhanced community services and determines if the individual is ready and willing to participate in services.
Transition to Community Living (TCL) Services
TCL facilitates the movement of individuals from institutional settings to independent or supported community living. This service provides comprehensive planning, resource linkage, and ongoing support to ensure a successful transition.
Medication Management
This service involves the oversight of clients' medication regimens, ensuring proper adherence, monitoring for side effects, and coordinating with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Toxicology Urinalysis
Toxicology urinalysis involves laboratory testing of urine samples to detect the presence of substances. This service is essential for monitoring compliance, assessing treatment progress, and informing clinical decisions.
Peer Support Services
Peer Support Services are evidence-based mental health interventions where individuals with lived experience of mental health or substance use challenges provide support to others facing similar issues. These services include mentoring, advocacy, resource sharing, skill-building, and fostering community connections, all aimed at promoting recovery and empowerment.
